rewrite the equation in slope intercept form
3y=-2x+9
/3
y=(-2/3)x+3
compare equation with y=mx+b
m=(-2/3) the slope
+3 = y intercept
when y = 0 x=4.5 the x intercept

when x= 0 y= 3 ( 0 , 3 )
when y = 0 x= 4.5 ( 4.5 , 0 )
