Question 552105: Using this equation: y-y^1=m(x-x^1), write the slope-intercept equation for the line with the given slope that contains the given point.
m=8/3;(3,-4)

Answer by JBarnum(2146)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
i dont see the point of the ^1? as any #^1 is the same thing.
the equation that id use is the finding slope formula
but seems you already have the slope so this formula is useless. so the formula for y intercept form is plug in and solve for b

put back in formula
