Remember that if you're given a line of the form that any line perpendicular to that line must have the form of . In English, the slope of two perpendicular lines are negative reciprocals of each other.
so we know the answer looks like . We just have to find c. Ah..but it must pass through (2,3). Ok...lets plop (2,3) into our line

Ok..that wasn't too hard.
Our answer looks like
CHECK: Lets graph both lines to see if this looks right

The green one there is the answer...and it sure looks like it goes through (2,3)
