FOR EX..PUT X=0...SO 3*0+5Y=15...OR..5Y=15..OR...Y=15/5=3
PUT X = 5.....SO 3*5+5Y=15...OR...5Y=0....OR....Y=0

Let x=0 and solve for y (y-intercept)
3(0)+5y=15
0+5y=15
5y=15
5y/5=15/5
