perpendicular lines have slopes that are negative reciprocals

the given line is in slope-intercept form, with the slope being 1/3
___ the negative reciprocal is -3

so you need an equation of a line through (2,0) with a slope of -3

using point-slope ___ (y - 0) = -3(x - 2)
