m=∆y/∆x=(6-0)/(-7-3)
m=-6/10=-3/5
equation:
y=-3x/5+b
solving for b using coordinates of given point (-7,6)
6=(-3*-7)/5+b
6=21/5+b
30=21+5b
5b=9
b=9/5
equation:
y=-3x/5+9/5
