think about the standerd form of the linear equation,
y=mx+c where X&Y, variables; m is slope and c is intercept.
so subtitude this equation with the given data,
y=(-2)x+c
1 = (-2)*(-5)+c
c = 11
so the equation is y=(-2)x+11
