6x -9y = 12 ................2

eqn.1*3 gives
6x-9y=18,where as
6x-9y=12 as given in eqn.2.hence they are inconsistent and no solution exists.
write the given eqn in y=mx+c form to get slope=m and intercept=c
eqn.1.....3y=2x-6
y=2x/3-6/3
hence m=2/3
intercept=-6/3=-2
do the same way for eqn.2
-------------------------------here we get
6x-15y=30 in both eqns.hence they are dependent ...consistent and hence infinite solutions exist...
x=0,y=-2......x=5,y=0.....etc.
