Answer by tutorcecilia(2152)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
-3/4x=-9 1/9
-3/4x=-82/9
(-4/3)(-3/4)x=(-82/9)(-4/3)
x=328/27
x=12.148
.
Check by plugging (x=12.148) back into the original equation:
(-3/4)(12.148)=-9 1/9
-9.111 = -9.111
