Answer by rachelsittler(2) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Put the equation in the format y=mx+b
Subtract the 28
4y = 9x - 28
Divide by 4
y = (9/4)x - 7
m = the slope
b = y intercept
m = 9/4
b=-7
Answer by rfer(16322) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
4y=9x-28
y=9/4x-7
slope m=9/4
y int=-7
