-4x+5y=14 equation 2
3x+y=30 equation 1
-3x+7y=6 equation 2
2x-y=2
2x+3y=22
these are homework quesstion and I am not good at linear equations

I'm guessing your task is to see which pairs of linear relationships reduce to a simple linear equation by the simple process of adding the pair together.
So just add them term by term, i.e., the x's, the y's, and the right hand side constants.
In the first pair, (-5y) + (+5y) --> 0 so the result is a linear equation in x.
Similar in 2nd pair (x terms cancel, y remains).
Last pair are not helped by addition of equations (substration would do it).
