I am stumped... I know: m= 0-4/-2-3/2 where I get stumped is do I have to flip the bottom since it is a negative??? Please help!!

m= 0-4/-2-3/2
m = (0-4)/(-2 -3/2) = -4/(-7/2)
= 4/(7/2)
= 8/7
