Question 472876: Can one line have two slopes? Explain how or why not
Answer by Scorinitron(19) (Show Source):
You can put this solution on YOUR website! No. A line is a "geometrical object that is straight, infinitely long and infinitely thin." In order for a line to change slopes, it would need to change directions and that is impossible. However, under the pretense that the line doesn't have to be "straight" such as absolute value or a curve, than yes it can.
