(2x+3)(2x+3)=0
2x+3=0
2x=-3
x=-3/2
2) 7(x+2)^2=12
7(x^2+4x+4)=12
7x^2+28x+28=12
Subtract 28 from both sides:
7x^2+28x=-16
Divide by 7 and complete the square:
x^2+4x=-16/7
(x+2)^2=-16/7+4
