Question 466619: solve using the elimination method
this is what I did
-3x+4y=1 (1)
-6x+6y=-3
muli both sides of problem 1 by -2
6x-8y=-2
-6x+6=-3
=-2y=-5
y=5/2
sub 5/2 for y inequation 1
-3x+4(5/2)=1
-3x+10=1
x=-3
y=5/2,x-3
