First, get the equations in slope-intercept form:
Subtract 5x from both sides.
Now divide both sides by 3.
Graph this equation.

Add 2y to both sides.
Now subtract 10 from both sides.
Finally, divide both sides by 2.
Graph this equation on the same sheet as the first.
From the graph, the solution (the point of intersection) is (6, -2)
