So you let x = 0 and solve for "y" to get the y-intercept.
In you case you get y = -8*0 = 0
So the y-intercept is (0,0)

So you let y = 0 and you solve for "x".
You get -8x = 0
x = 0
So the x-intercept is (0,0)
