This is an equation of a straight line so write it into its standard slope-intercept form to get some idea of what it looks like graphically:
y=mx+b, with m=slope, and b=y-intercept
for given equation:
3y=-x+6
y=-x/3+2
so the slope is -1/3 and y-intercept=2
To graph this equation all you need are two points.
Start at the y-intercept 2 then find the second point using the slope(rise=-1, run=3)=∆y/∆x
As a check, you can find a third point by setting y=0 to find the x-intercept=6
