Question 439383: Find the point-slope form of the equation of the line passing through the points (�2, 2) and (�4, �8). Can some one help me with this problem plz , i got independent studies & i need to fet 70% or more to succeed to the next test but im only passing up to 67% Help me please.

==> The equation of the line is y--8 = 5(x--4), or y+8 = 5(x+4).
You can also have y - 2 = 5(x--2), or y-2 = 5(x+2).
Both are correct .

Use the two-point form of an equation of a line:

Then do the arithmetic to calculate
