Graph the line passing through ((4,2) with slope -4/5
y = (-4/5)x + b
2 = (-4/5)*4 + b
26/5 = b
y = (-4/5)x + 26/5 y-intercept is Pt (0,5.2)
Note: as y increases/decreases by 4,
x increases/decreases by 5 in an "opposite fashion"
