Hi
Graph the line passing through (-2,0)with slope 2/3
y = (2/3)x + b
0 = (2/3)*-2 + b
4/3 = b
y = (2/3)x + 4/3 y-intercept is Pt (0,4/3)
Note: as y increases/decreases by 1, x increases/decreases by 4
