We have to multiply top and bottom by √6 - √3 and we get
(√6 - √3) / (√6 + √3) =
(√6 - √3)(√6 - √3) / (√6 - √3)(√6 + √3) =
(√36 - √18 - √18 + √9) / 6 - 3 =
(9 - 2√18) / 3 =
(9 - 6√2) / 3 =
3 - 2√2
