b = number of non-members
given:
(1) a+%2B+b+=+353
(2) 275a+%2B+650b+=+176200 (in cents)
Multiply both sides of (1) by 275
and subtract (1) from (2)
(2) 275a+%2B+650b+=+176200
(1) -275a+-+275b+=+97075
+375b+=+79125+
+b+=+211
and
(1) a+%2B+211+=+353
a+=+142+
142 members and 211 non-members came
