In order to graph this you need to find two points.
Take x=0 then -2y=10 or y=-5
So one point is (0,-5)
Now lets find another point:
Take y=0 then 8x=10 or x=10/8=5/4
SO the other point that the graph goes through is (5/4,0).
In order to graph is make a straight line between these two points (0,-5) and (5/4,0)
It should look like:
