one pair of solution.
2x-6y= -14
-2x+3y= 7
Add them vertically...
==> -3y = -7
==>
==>
2x -14 = -14
2x-14+14 = -14 +14
2x = 0
==> x = 0
solution is, (x,y) = (0,7/3)

Add equation (1) and equation (2):
-3y = -7 -> y = 7/3
-2x + 3(7/3) = 7 -> x = 0
But we weren't really asked to solve the system, just state how many solutions there are.
In general, this type of system has one solution since there are two equations and two unknowns.
