Answer by Fermat(136)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
0.4x + 0.4 <= 0.1x + 0.85
multiply both sides by 20 to make everything integers,
8x + 8 <= 2x + 17
subtract 2x from both sides,
6x + 8 <= 17
subtract 8 from both sides,
6x <= 9
divide both sides by 6,
x <= 1.5
