SOLUTION: Problem: y=2.3x-4.5
I need to find how much y increases or decreases when x increases by 2.
I know that when x=0, y= -4.5 because that is the y-intercept.

Problem: y=2.3x-4.5
I need to find how much y increases or decreases when x increases by 2.
...
when x increases by 2 the equation becomes
y=2.3(x+2)-4.5
y=2.3x+(2.3*2)-4.5
y=2.3x+4.6-4.5
(y=2.3x-4.5) +4.6
