The slope of the line connecting these points is m...
m = (y2 - y1) / (x2 - x1)
m = (-4 - 5) / (-3 - 0)
m = -9 / -3
m = 3
A line perpendicular to this has a slope that is the negative reciprocal of 3.
So the perpendicular line has a slope of -1/3.
