Hi,
using the general slope=intercept from of an equation of a line
y = mx + b
m = -3/4,
y = (-3/4)x + b using ordered pair Pt(0,5) to solve for b
5 = (-3/4)*0 + b
5 = b
y = (-3/4)x + 5
