*Note: the idea is to simply 'plug' the values given into the expression
4x-5y/2x+25
x = -16 and y = 16
(4*-16 +5*16) / (2*-16 + 25)
(-64 + 80) / (-32 + 25)
16 / -7 Or -16/7
