I'd really appreciate some help with this, please!! Thanks so much :) I'm stuck on this question and I have no clue what to do.

Any equation in slope intercept form would be in the form where m is the slope and (0,b) is the y-intercept. In this case, the slope is m = -4 and the y-intercept is (0,9), which means that b = 9

So the equation is (after plugging in m = -4 and b = 9)
