Question 365758: Determine whether the lines that pass through the following pairs of points are parallel, perpendicular, or neither.

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
The slope of the line through (3,3)and (6,4) is %284-3%29%2F%286-3%29+=+1%2F3.
The slope of the line through (7,1)and (1,-1) is %28-1-1%29%2F%281-7%29+=+-2%2F-6+=+1%2F3. The lines being distinct(why?) and having the same slope, the two lines are parallel.
