Hi,
*Note: Solving for y will put the equation in the slope intercept form:
y = mx + b where m is the slope and be the y-intercept
5x-6y=48
5x -48 = 6y
(5/6)x - 8 = y
slope is (5/6) positive slope, line slants to the right
and (0,-8) is the point the line intercepts the y axis
