-5x
5x-5x-6y<30-5x
-6y<-5x+30
divide by -6
y>(5x/6) -5
...
take various values for x like -1,1,2,3
(6,0)
calculate y and plot the graph as if y = something
Since y> something all values above the line are solutions.
Since y> the line should be a dotted one.
