Answer by benazir.sj@gmail.com(109) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
7/2x-1=2x+5
solution:
7/(2x-1)=2x+5
7 =(2x+5)(2x-1)
7=2x(2x-1)+5(2x-1)
7=4x^2-2x+10x-5
7=4x^2+8x-5
4x^2+8x-5-7 =0
4x^2+8x-12=0
divide throught out by 4
x^2+2x-3=0 ( factoring)
x^2+3x-x-3=0
x(x+3) -1(x+3)
(x-1)(x+3)=0
(x-1)=0 or( x+3)=0
x=1,-3
