(-1,-9)and(-4,-8)
Y=mX+b where m=the slope & b=the y INTERCEPT.
m=(Y2-Y1)/(X2-X1)
m=(-8+9)/(-4+1)=1/-3=-1/3 is this slope.
-9=-1/3*-1+b
-9=1/3+b
b=-9-1/3
b=(-27-1)/3
b=-28/3 the Y intercept.
Y=-X/3-28/3 IS THE LINE EQUATION.
