Question 328197: Find the intercepts and then use them to graph the equation. y = -4 - 4x
Answer by checkley77(12844)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
y=mx+b m=slope & b=the y intercept.
y = -4 - 4x
y=-4x-4 -4 is the y intercept. (0,-4)
0=-4x-4
-4x=5
x=4/-4
x=-1 ans. for the x intercept.(-1,0)
(graph 300x200 pixels, x from -6 to 5, y from -10 to 10, -4x -4).
