Use formula (y-y1)/(x-x1) = (y2-y1)/(x2-x1)
=> (y+4)/(x-1) = (8+4)/(-6-1)
=> (y+4)/(x-1) = -12/7
=>7y+28 = -12x+12
=> 12x+7y = -16
Answer: Desirable equation is 12x+7y = -16
