The equation is simply a vertical line that cuts through the tick mark '2' on the x axis (as shown below). Because it's a vertical line, the slope is undefined (ie it doesn't exist) and there is no y-intercept (since the line NEVER crosses the y axis). So if you've never seen these type of problems, then it's perfectly understandable why you're stuck.
