Let the sugar be x
Let the tea be y:
First equation:

Solve for y in this equaiton:
4x+y=64
y=64-4x (subsitution)

Second equation:

Subsitute for y in this equation:
3x+(64-4x)=59
-x=59-64
x=5
y=64-4(5)
y=44
Hence, the sugar costs RS.5 and the tea costs RS.44.
