(-2,-7) (-5,-3)
Y=mX+b
m=(Y2-Y1)/(X2-X1)
m=(-3+7)/(-5+2)
m=4/-3=-4/3 ANS. FOR THE SLOPE.
-7=-4/3*-2+b
-7=8/3+b
b=-7-8/3
b=-21/3-8/3
b=-29/3 ANS. FOR THE Y INTERCEPT.
Y=-4X/3-29/3
