that question doesn't give enough information
commercials can be either 30 seconds or 60 seconds
theres 8 minutes, or 480 seconds for commercials
you can have all the commercials be 60 seconds, which would be 8 of them, or all 30 seconds which would be 16 of them.
but heres an equation
X(30)+Y(60)=480
X=number of 30 second commercials
Y=number of 60 second commercials
