Answer by stanbon(75887)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
I have the solution i need the equations (-2,7)
----------
Start with x = -2 ; y = 7
----
Manipulate to create two equation:
2x=-4 ; 3y = 21
Add to get one equation:
2x + 3y = 17
----------------------------
-x = 2 ; 7y = 49
Combine to get a 2nd equation:
-x + 7y = 51
=================================
You now have a system of two equations
whose solution is (-2,7)
=================================
