Any paralllel line will have the same slope. Thus the slope of the line through (6,-7) is =-2/3.
Y=mX+b where m=the slope & b=the Y intercept.
Using the slope & the X & Y points (6,-7) we need to solve for b
-7=-2/3*6+b
-7=-12/3+b
b=-7+4
b=-3 the Y intercept.
Thus this line equation is:
Y=-2X/3+3
