Question 29739: y=2/3x-2
Answer by sdmmadam@yahoo.com(530) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
If the problem is
y=2/(3x-2)
Multiplying by (3x-2)
y(3x-2) = 2
But since the problem is given under linear equations,
the problem might be
y=(2/3)x-2
which is the equation to a line in the slope and y-intercept form
Slope = (2/3) and y - intercept =(-2)
Since slope is positive the line's journey is from the first quadrant to the third quadrant and via the fourth quadrant( since the y-intercept is negative)
