Question 294113: I am stuck on this. I don't even understand what it is asking! Can someone break this down for me? Thanks!

Suppose you have some distribution of measurements, and you ALREADY KNOW that exactly 80% of the measurements happen to fall within 2 standard deviations of the mean. Use Chebyshev's Theorem to find the minimum percentage of measurements that are guaranteed to fall between 2 and 3 standard deviations from the mean (i.e. at least as far as 2 standard deviations away from the mean, but at most as far as 3 standard deviations away from the mean).
