Question 281023: The graph of the line through (2,3) which is perpendicular to the line with the equation X=-1 also goes through which Point?
Answer by richwmiller(17219) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
x=-1 is a vertical line.
perpendicular would be horizontal with slope 0
an equation for such a line passing through 2,3 would be y=3
That line goes though all values of x while y remains 3
So choose any value for x (x,3) including negative positive and 0, decimals and fractions.
