For each of the following lines, the X-intercept and the y-intercept are both 0, which meanss the graph of each will go through the origin, (0,0). Graph the line by finding a point on each, other than the origin, and then drawing a line through that point and the origin.
y=-2x

Just pick a value for x and then solve for y
x=0

So one point is (0,0)
Now let x=1

A second point is (1, -2)
For fun pick another value for x
x = -5

Another point is (-5,10)
Plot these three points, and then draw the line that contains them,
You can see that all you needed was two points to get the line.
