All you need to know is the formula for finding the slope of a line.
That formula is this:

Hm. I wish I could make that look better, but let me just say that this is the numerator and this is in the denominator.

Ok, so your ordered pairs are: (-1,-1) and (0,0)

Therefore, you would just say:

or just 1.

Your slope, or your "m" is 1.
