m=(Y2-Y1)/(X2-X1)
m=(6-1/2)/(-1/3-8)
m=5.5/(-1/3-24/3)
m=5.5/-25/3
m=5.5*-3/25
m=-16.5/25=-3.3/5 ans.
1/2=-3.3*8/5+b
1/2=-26.4/5+b
b=1/2+26.4/5
b=2.5/5+26.4/5
b=28.9/5 the Y intercept.
Y=-3.3X/5+28.9/5 ans. for the line equation.
